Catering
From corporate catering to parties and functions, we can provide our gourmet catering platters for any sized party. With our delicious sandwiches and mezze platters or afternoon treats and baked pastries, we can customise our offer to suit your catering needs.

Sweet Treats
Platters
(Small): 4 – 6 people. (Medium): 7 – 10 people. (Large): 11 – 15 people.
Sandwiches & Wraps
We recommend 1.5 units per person.
Salads
(Medium): 7 – 10 people. (Large): 11 – 15 people.
Coffee, Tea & Milk
Sugars and stirrers available upon request.
Office Functions
12 – 16 slices per cakes.
Billing & Payments
We accept all major credit cards, direct deposit or simply pay in person at one of our cafes.
Credit terms are available.
Cancellations
Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received 48 hours or more prior to your function.
Same day cancellations will require full payment of the quoted price.
Sub-charges
Public holidays attract a 10% additional charge.
Minimum Orders
A minimum order of $100 applies for free delivery within a 10km radius from the ME Coffee Merchants kitchen located in Botany and Coolum Beach, otherwise charges may apply.
Conditions
Some menu items may be subject to seasonal availability.
All orders over $500 will require a 30% deposit of the total.
Quoted price, payable 72 hours prior to the event.
